After School Music and Arts Program
Due to the growing number of students enrolled in our After-School Program, private lessons, and group classes, we have reached capacity at our current facility. We are actively searching for a larger location that will better accommodate the students and activities within our After-School Program.
We also contacted Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools to explore the possibility of hosting our After-School Program at a local school. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure an agreement for the 2026–2027 school year.
As a result, we will be unable to offer our After-School Program for the upcoming school year. Our current location will continue to provide private and group music lessons as usual.
The Joyful Sounds After School Music and Arts Program is an after school program that includes our full music program. Students will learn Piano, Guitar, Voice, Violin, and Dance. Students will also get help with homework. Our program will also include physical activities including dance, playtime, basketball, soccer, track and other activities to keep students healthy and active. In addition, our students will participate in Career Exploration activities and will learn Planting and Gardening.
